When should I expect my item to ship?

Please allow 14 days after your payment has processed for your item to ship. Processing time for orders with more than one item is dependent on how many items are ordered. Thank you for ordering with Poetic's Designs!
What is your refund/return policy?

Each paddle is made to order and carefully designed with each customer in mind. Please note that all orders are considered final once your payment has processed and is ineligible for refunds or returns. Thank you for your understanding.
